Four Agency Worldwide’s Future Industries team has been appointed by Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD). Four will deliver an integrated communications programme for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Conservation Congress, taking place in Abu Dhabi in October 2025.

The win follows a competitive pitch and will see Four’s Future Industries and integrated creative teams working closely with EAD and other industry stakeholders to deliver a wide-ranging brief, encompassing global media relations, content development, stakeholder engagement, creative production and digital and social activations.

The IUCN Congress is the world’s largest and most influential conservation event, convening leaders from government, civil society, academia and industry to shape the global agenda for nature and climate. Held under the theme Powering Transformative Conservation, the Abu Dhabi edition will showcase innovation, equity and new economic models to protect biodiversity and natural ecosystems at scale.

Mohaned Lafi, Four's chief executive, MENA, said: “We are proud to be supporting EAD and the UAE as hosts of this landmark event. The IUCN Congress represents a pivotal moment for nature and climate and we are excited to bring our specialist knowledge, creative thinking and networks to help shape conversations that will resonate far beyond the event itself.”

Four’s appointment builds on a long-standing track record of working with climate and sustainability pioneers in the UAE and wider MENA region. The agency has delivered integrated campaigns for COP28, Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week, the Department of Energy – Abu Dhabi, Masdar, Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and Honeywell, among others.
