Ten new Difference Maker graduates appointed for 2025/6
At a time when many leading organisations are scaling back or shelving graduate recruitment altogether, Four Agency is investing in the future. The leading independent, international, integrated agency has recruited ten Difference Maker graduates across its UK (London, Cardiff, Sheffield) offices for 2025/26 - a bold move that underscores its commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent in media, creative and communications.
Over 20 years, the programme has supported nearly 300 graduates and continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of the industry. This year’s recruits will benefit from a 12-month rotational structure across Four’s three core service lines - communications (earned), creative (owned) and media (paid) - and four high-growth sectors: government, health, lifescapes and future industries. A separate graduate programme will serve Four’s MENA offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.
Powered by The Difference Engine, Four’s AI and human powered roadmap for campaign planning, implementation and measurement, the programme offers early exposure to global clients, access to Four’s AI Council and hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools, including a tech-stack of 70+ programmes.
“While others are pulling back, we’re investing forward,” said Nan Williams, group chief executive, Four. “We believe the future of our industry depends on bold, diverse, AI-forward thinkers - and we’re proud to support the development of these ten remarkable young people as they embark on this exciting journey with us.”
