Four Agency expands The Message Engine with four new training formats

Four Agency Worldwide has expanded its flagship messaging and media training programme, The Message Engine, launching four distinct formats designed to give leaders the right training for their situation.

The Message Engine, built on Four's proprietary 1-3-6-2 methodology, has helped thousands of senior leaders define, develop and deliver their message under pressure across more than three decades. The expansion gives organisations access to the same methodology in formats tailored to their specific needs, from a half-day diagnostic to a year-long embedded programme.

The four formats are: Message Engine Live, a full-day intensive with three filmed interview rounds and real-time AI feedback; Message Engine+, a three-to-twelve-month programme embedding message discipline across teams and markets; Message Sprint, a half-day diagnostic that takes leaders from unclear messaging to a focused, usable message architecture; and Crisis Ready, a full-day simulation in which teams respond to realistic crisis scenarios while AI generates breaking news coverage in real time.

"This isn't theoretical media training," said Ray Eglington, Group Managing Director at Four. "It's built from real situations, real consequences and real scrutiny. Whatever your situation, there's now a format that's right for you."

The Message Engine is delivered from Four's offices in London, Wales, Sheffield, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh, and at client locations, in English, Arabic and Welsh. To find out more, contact eddie.eglington@four.agency.
