Both Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates join Four’s extensive real estate portfolio, including an unparalleled 15+ year history as the international media office for Sotheby’s International Realty, working with five further affiliates worldwide (USA, UK, Italy, Bahamas and Cyprus).
Following affiliate introductions, Four will work with Spain Sotheby’s International Realty to drive brand awareness as it seeks a 10% luxury real estate market share in Spain by 2028. This news follows the recent re-brand of VIVA Sotheby’s International Realty to Spain Sotheby’s International Realty, following Vivium’s acquisition of its Catalonian operations.
The agency has also been appointed by Greece Sotheby’s International Realty to manage their international media office. The leading luxury brokerage in Greece seeks to drive awareness of the country’s finest homes among a global HNW clientele.
For both clients, Four will operate an integrated B2B and B2C communications programme, from high-level brand building to transactional announcements.
