We were briefed to take over all of the vibrant urban quarter St Christopher’s Place’s owned channels, including social, website and newsletter, supporting PR to build awareness and engagement to encourage footfall to the destination.

Starting with the identification of high value audiences using Mapper360®️, from here we completely redesigned their social strategy and began creating content across all owned channels social media and website, as well as a monthly email newsletter. We also introduced new social formats to the destination’s strategy, such as Instagram stories and reels to drive engagement as well as supporting key PR campaigns. 

Through this, we recruited an Instagram fanbase of 10.3K from a base of 6K across an 18-month period. Overall engagement rate has increased by 193% and we achieved a 31% open rate on the email newsletter.
