We have been working with cult lozenge brand Fisherman’s Friend for over 10 years. Given the brief to build awareness and brand loyalty, we originally focused our strategy on their core channel Facebook.
As social media channels have evolved, we have transformed the client’s existing platforms on Facebook and Twitter as well as created their Instagram channel from scratch. Starting from 2 static organic posts, we elevated our content and strategy to create bespoke reels and video content served to different audience sets, engaging thousands of new followers.
In 2022, we had a combined reach of over 2 million and over 600,000 total engagements. Our Facebook page now has over 61K followers and having created an Instagram profile, we grew their base from zero to 2.2K followers in just a year.
