We worked with Dolphin Living, a housing association working across nine inner London boroughs, on their site rebuild, moving from an old and under-utilised CMS to a brand new Drupal setup, and a design that reflected their new aspirational brand positioning.
As part of this project we worked with them to really understand the complex and often frustrating routes their tenants and potential tenants have to take to access housing – and building ‘off’ and ‘on’ ramps between online and offline parts of the process.
We're extremely proud of how we delivered a quality, appealing user experience with limited assets and to tight deadlines.
