Honeywell wanted to lead the energy transition conversation in the Middle East. Despite its deep expertise, the brand lacked visibility and influence in a region rapidly pivoting toward sustainability and digitalisation. The challenge was to build credibility and relevance in markets like Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt.

The Thinking

We created the Energy Management Survey to generate proprietary insights and spark debate. This was supported by executive profiling, innovation centre launches and strategic partnerships, all designed to build authority and connect Honeywell’s solutions to national priorities.
