Part of an award-winning campaign to create a behavioural shift towards shared parental leave amongst new and second-time parents, we used our proprietary insight methodology to identify a powerful seam of micro-influencers to drive conversation around the benefits of sharing what has traditionally been maternity leave between both parents.

The campaign was a resounding success, delivering a marked shift in awareness and understanding of the policy - and propensity to take action.
