Four has been working closely with Doc/Fest for the past 3 years, maintaining and developing their website, managing their hosting and producing a native mobile app for festival delegates. The website is a key part of the annual festival experience – providing information, and every year selling tens of thousands of tickets.
As part of a rebrand in 2021, Four was tasked to rebuild the site from ground up. On the visual side, Four also collaborated closely with the company brought on to rebrand the festival. We advised them on digital integration of the brand and provided test assets to them in a two way knowledge share.
The site securely handles a large amount of personal data which is transmitted and stored securely, protecting users’ data and the charity’s reputation.
