Working in partnership with Wales Tech Week 2025 and Technology Connected, we were commissioned to deliver PR and communications support for the summit, positioning the event as a flagship showcase for innovation in Wales.

Our role included strategic copywriting and mapping out target publications across the technology sector, as well as extending outreach to related industries such as manufacturing, business and professional services to broaden the event’s impact.

To achieve this, we developed a six-month communications strategy designed to generate compelling stories and maintain momentum before, during and after the event. These were strategically designed to resonate with both national and international audiences, targeting sector-specific and niche media to maximise reach. Two news releases were issued specifically to target international audiences in the USA and the UAE.

In addition, as part of our storytelling approach, we also produced two high-quality audiovisual case studies highlighting Wales’s thriving technology clusters, bringing real-world examples of innovation to life and reinforcing the event’s central themes.

We also assisted on the ground at the event providing videographer and interviewing of the partners and politicians that attended Welsh Government’s Cabinet Secretary for Economy, Energy and Planning Rebecca Evans and UK Government’s Anna McMorrin MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Wales.

In the first quarter alone +62.5million reach was secured across international and UK coverage on Yahoo! Finance and MSN, and American online business outlets including Morning Start, Financial Content, CityBiz and Financial Post.

Overall, the campaign secured 71 pieces of coverage, achieving a combined audience reach of 87,812,971 million unique users online.
