Four Health’s media team is currently seeking a creative, proactive account executive to support a key account. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone to develop their career and join a key global account as part of our team of pharmaceutical media planning and buying specialists.
We require a proactive, keen and driven individual to develop their client management skills and be an integral part of our busy team. You will bring attention to detail, a solutions-focused mentality, be commercially minded and capable of multi-tasking to deliver high quality work under pressure.
Overall role description:
Ideally, you will have a knowledge of media, digital media or general marketing, and experience within health would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who encapsulates all of these skills:

- Good level of proficiency with required IT packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Multi-lingual would be advantageous
Key aspects of the role:
- Ensure the smooth running of your client team supporting the account manager, director and other members of the team
- Source crucial information and provide organisational excellence to ensure flawless planning and execution of media campaigns
- Create proposals and reports in PowerPoint and contribute towards visually appealing media plans using Excel
- Attend meetings and provide a clear outline of deliverables thereafter, as well as presenting ideas/outcomes to clients where appropriate
- Understand and contribute towards recommendations to maximise success for your client
- Identifying opportunities via media monitoring and active networking
- Liaise with key stakeholders (publishers, creative agencies, internal teams) to ensure key campaign milestones are reached and client is fully informed of the status of their account
- Deliver a high standard of data reporting based on working with both campaign data and existing data sources – delivered in both written and verbal format
- Develop your understanding of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical advertising and therapy areas that are relevant to your client
