Mohaned leads Four MENA, working across many sectors including aviation, technology, real estate mega-projects and clean energy. He was winner of the Middle East’s Young Communicator of the Year award by MEPRA and was featured in PR Week’s Middle East Power Book in 2024. Mohaned joined Four in 2012 as part of the UK graduate trainee scheme. 

Luke is responsible for driving digital transformation - and particularly harnessing the latest innovations in AI - for Four and our clients.

Previously, he has led the group’s Creative Technology Unit, an award-winning team of designers, developers, producers, UX experts, strategists and integration specialists. With a wealth of agency and in-house experience, he’s a sought-after senior consultant in tackling large-scale digital platform and transformation issues, with the hands-on technical experience to back this up.

Louay's range of expertise is spread across corporate, government, consumer and B2B accounts within the consumer, government, technology, sports, travel & tourism and energy industries.  He is also skilled  at social media strategy and implementation.  In 2016, Louay was shortlisted for The Dave Robinson Award for Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year at Middle East Public Relations Association Awards (MEPRA).

Ghali leads the government communications practice in Four MENA and is one of Four’s most senior Arabic leads. He provides strategic communications and consultancy for several high profile clients in multiple sectors and industries. For the past ten years, he has consistently delivered award-winning campaigns, across sectors including global events, rail, space, nuclear energy, media and freezones.

Alice has twenty years of agency communications experience in the Middle East and UK. She has led award winning integrated communications campaigns for clients across a range of government, corporate and consumer sectors from health and wellbeing to education, hospitality and real estate. Her client focus is on driving brand reputation and business success through strategic positioning work, creative campaigns, media engagement programs, content development and issues management.
