We developed a 6-market social media and search campaign to showcase the pharmaceutical brand’s recruitment offering under their ‘We’re all in for better health’ agenda. Our work drove traffic to specific regional landing pages with the aim of prospects making applications across numerous jobs.

The project brought European teams together to deliver a global brand campaign with nuances specific to each country. This initiative was the first of its kind for Teva Pharmaceuticals and we were able to bring some actionable learnings and recommendations based on creative and search performance per market.

Over 3.2 million campaign impressions generated 37K link clicks and as a result we could attribute at least 216 job applications to our work.
