We delivered branding, naming and marketing for Home X, including host and floorplan brochures, film and photography, website and an on-site customer journey. 

Utilising an integrated approach, paid for advertising campaigns worked in tandem with organic social, PR and placemaking. The campaign has showcased Home X as a flagship development and new neighbourhood, forming a community by the seaside city, establishing the area as a thriving academic and economic corridor.
