Truda Spruyt, who joined Four in 2000, has thirty years’ experience in publicising arts, literary and cultural projects.  She has extensive experience of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects and of directing strategic campaigns, working with clients at a senior level to define key messages, evaluate brand values and develop integrated communication strategies. Truda is a Trustee of Theatres Trust.

Matt has high-level expertise across the cultural sector and the creative industries, consulting for clients across arts and entertainment, media and publishing, and design and innovation. 

He is a trusted advisor to leadership teams, enabling them to build influence and reputation and achieve organisational goals. He has a strong creative record, helping to shape and create dynamic and impactful campaigns.  

Natalie has 20 years of experience within strategic consultancy for a portfolio of private sector and government clients. Natalie worked within the London office before transferring to the UAE in 2013. Passionate about travel, sport and arts & culture, Natalie has led campaigns for a wide range of clients including tourism boards, events & festivals, sporting tournaments and retail destinations.  

Hattie has worked in marketing for over 11 years, her experience spans property, destination, government and much more. She brings passion, drive, experience and pragmatic project management skills to the business. Ensuring her clients and campaigns meet their business objectives on time and on budget.

As a founding member of Four’s media practice, Rowena has built her 20 year career focused in the media planning & buying industry. Offering a vast array of experience across multiple sectors, Rowena’s passion lies in the ability to get under the skin of campaigns and audiences to be able to deliver results beyond expectations, driving innovation and positive change.

Russell is an experienced digital leader with over 19 years’ experience in the industry. He’s carved a niche in the cultural sector, working on technical and cultural projects, alongside clients like the Science Museum, BBC, Natural History Museum and Channel 4. He comes from a background of games and experience and oversees all technical requirements and architecture, managing development outputs.

Sheridan heads up the specialist Creative & Marketing Unit. With over 30 years’ experience in the creative industries and a specialist knowledge of brand for property, he has delivered a number of exceptionally successful award-winning campaigns, in London, the wider UK and internationally.
